Returns & Refund Information

We understand there may be many reasons why you may need to return items, please see the information below on our returns and refund process

PLEASE USE THE RETURNS LABEL PROVIDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE TO RETURN ITEMS FREE OF CHARGE. 

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it/them.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the date your order was shipped to request a refund. Please email support@zeusgroup.uk

  • Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded.

  • Zeus are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages, we advise the use of tracking services for any products sent to us.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it/them.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the date your ordeer was shipped to arrange an exchange, advising your requirements.

  • Zeus Group are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages, we advise the use of tracking services for any products sent to us.

 

Missing Items

If you find a product missing from your delivery, it must be reported to us by email on the address support@zeusgroup.uk within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Claims outside of the above timescale will not be considered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
